I think we might be getting old

Today we went to Paducah for our monthly trip to Sam's Club. We decided to drop into the Mall and look around and some things. Buffy could not find the coat she wanted nor I especially for the price we are willing to pay. So what did we do? We went to Walmart and bought a set of glasses, sugar bowl and a GE 4 in 1 indoor grill. I can remember a day that Christmas money would have been long gone by now. Instead I receive excitement from the idea of being able to cook a panini , grill a burger or cook some pancakes. Is that sad? Nope sure isn't ....especially when I am eating my panini-burger pancake.
