Tonight we had a live chat session for our new online group beginning next week. We usually have the same questions every time. One thing that stuck out tonight was a comment made by a student.
We had a student questioning about their books and CD's. For some reason this student assumed a certain book would come with a CD. The Director of Online Operations began to explain that there may be times that CD's will come with books but it wasn't the norm. The student then replied "Where do I find norm".
Funny stuff...good times
