Tonight I worked my first chat session tonight as a online admissions representative. We ran two sessions tonight and it was pretty cool. I won't bore you with the details but it was great to chat with students. You begin to see how small the world is when you begin to converse. We have a student that is the music minister at a church in Murray that I was the associate pastor of. I had no idea at first because all we do is see names at times.
The great thing about working the hours I do now is that I can come in later. I feel more rested and ready to help students. I really love my new job and hope that I can continue to plug away.
