We are in the process of finishing up our house now that the weather is better. Last week we ripped up carpet and moved kitchen appliances so that we could start our work. Under the kitchen carpet (yes carpet in the kitchen...yuck) there was this wonderful linoleum. I think the stuff was put down with some crazy government issued glue used by NASA to hold the tiles on the Space Shuttle. I pulled up about a 4 foot square with the aid of a scraper which took about an hour.
This is what Buffy completed today by herself. That may not look like a lot but it is a major pain in the butt to pull up. I came home to Buffy laying on the couch, aching, blistered and tired from a day wrestling with this hideous stuff. This weekend it WILL be gone and walls will begin to be painted.
