Human Resource Development and Asian Coleslaw

I never thought the two would mix. Tonight each of our groups in class had to present some sort of training exercise that would meet certain steps outlined in our HRD text. Our group did PowerPoint and another was some workplace training. The final group presented how to wash your hands (according to CDC) and how to make Asian Coleslaw. Me and another gentleman in class were randomly selected as "trainees". We went through the process and finished the training. I have to say the team did well and it was fun. I think all workplace training can be that way if time and effort are put into it. Short post but good day. Tomorrow night I travel to a cohort registration.
