Family meal

Tonight we all got together for a family meal. My parents invited us all over for a dinner. This was a first time all the Hughes clan has been together since the new addition. Although my mother wasn't feeling well it was nice to be together under one roof. Baby Leah has added a new buzz to the family and we were all happy to meet her. John and Rachel glowed even though I know they were tired.

I know my Mom is not feeling well right now. I can tell both mom and dad are both weary from all the travel, Dr's visits, late nights and early mornings. The one thing I admire is that they go through everything together. That is a testimony to a good marriage and a committed couple. Believe me mom and dad it is not unnoticed.
