ER Visit

About 1:00AM last night I woke up SICK. I don't know when I have ever felt that bad but I couldn't even leave the bathroom. I couldn't keep water down or anything else. Around 4:00AM I thought I had pulled a muscle in my back so I decided to take a shower. As I got into the shower my back started hurting worse. I actually climbed out of the shower in pain and put my clothes on. I finally made it to our bed room to tell Buffy something was wrong. It was so bad I couldn't help but yell or moan. So finally we head to the ER after my mother-in-law came to stay with the kids.

Once at the ER they immediately rush me back and start hooking me up. Why is it they ask you questions when you are in so much pain? I mean some of the questions could have waited I think. The Dr's preliminary diagnosis was that it was kidney stones but after a CT scan it was not the case. Ahhh......I knew MTN Dew was not the cause! After some blood tests it was diagnosed that I had food poisoning/staff infection. All the pain was caused by the bacteria in my body.

So now with antibiotics, nausea and pain meds everything is doing well. Everyone is exhausted and it's time we rested.
