Tylenol Cough Syrup Shot

I have been battling some sort of chest congestion for a few days now. At first I thought it was a cold but I am beginning to wonder if it is not from my sanding escapade. I decided last week to sand the walls and floors in our second bathroom to prep for painting and new flooring. I bought a mask but I am absolutely certain that some of the dust entered my lungs. Below is a picture:

Isn't that just disgusting? I think so. I know that my almost mono brow is gross in itself but it being coated with dust just makes it worse. Anyway after fighting this chest cold with old meds I went to Walgreens to buys some more. I bought Tylenol Cough syrup which I was hoping would taste better than Robitussin. After opening the package and reading the dosing I knew I might have made a major mistake if it tasted bad. Well you can guess that the honey lemon flavored syrup pretty much tasted like the barium shake you take before having stomach scans. I was lucky to keep it down. I am assuming that the little picture of a honey spoon on the container is there to show you what you need to shove it down your throat with. The very instant the syrup hit my taste buds my brain immediately kicked in the barf it out reflex. I now dread the next dose.

Tomorrow is the first day back to work after a long break. So I am hoping the medication helps.

I have had it and am still battling it. I thought about going to the MD today. But...then I thought, the worst is over. I've had this crude for over a week. There is no way I would have been able to work last week. Just laid in the bed, vaporizer, skinner's salve, mucinex, afrin, delsym, ibuprofen, ricola...and the virus rages on
