A talk with Abbi...

Today was a normal day at work. Emails were sent, calls were made, people were talked to and work was done. Not that I didn't enjoy my day at work but I you might not enjoy my explaining it. Tuesdays are always kind of a semi draggy day simply because Mondays are long. At the end of the day I just wanted to come home and be with my family.

I try to single out a kid every now and then to just have a one on one conversation about things. Today it was Abbi. She is growing so fast and she spent the time talking about what she did today and how we should get Buffy a sewing machine (with touch screen). Buffy had mentioned that she wished she knew how to sew so Abbi assumed a sewing machine would fix it. She said "all you have to do is push a button and touch the screen".

When explaining to her maybe we should get her that for mothers day she agreed with a laugh. Buffy on the other hand did not like that idea. LOL! Anyway ready to relax for the evening and go to bed later.

She just knows that's the way my sewing maching works. I think it is a wonderful idea. Sewing is actually something that you can teach yourself. Wal-Mart has some Brother machines that are nice and inexpensive.
