The Focus Jet Ski

Yesterday while heading home in the rain I ran into bumper to bumper traffic. Some places in Owensboro are like that around 4-5PM but this road I have never had that problem with. I cross through a light and suddenly have to apply my brakes. So now I am in a stand still. We begin to slowly creep ahead. My first thought was that there was a wreck. All of a sudden I realize the problem...It's water all over the road. I see trucks and cars slowly plowing through the water. I then realize there is no turning back for me. Cars packed behind me and no way around. Looking at the depth I estimated I MIGHT be able to go through it slowly. So I did...with trucks on the other side splashing me I happened to be able to capture a few shots for you all. Well my car is still running and water didn't enter the doors so all is good. Whew!
