Tomorrow Hannah has her tonsillectomy in the morning. As a father I tend to still worry. On one end of the spectrum I know there are children out there this very day that are going through heart, brain and other major surgeries. So I know this is waaaaay smaller of a deal. The thing is though I just don't want my little girl to be in any pain. I am sure for a day or so she won't care as much with pain meds and all. So that is comforting but I do know there will be a time where she will hurt. That in itself just brings a loving parent to tears. I also know she will be able to ask Daddy for whatever when she wakes up and it WILL BE! LOL! Good thing she isn't 16 because I don't know how I would afford a new car. But hey maybe I can convince her to ask for a leave blower from Lowes. Hehehee!
