Oh look there's a wood duck.

This week I became more proud of my sister-in-law. I realized that she will never be a good bird watcher. So here is the story according to Jordyn her middle daughter:

"We were goin to Cadiz and mama said look at the ducks and daddy said those are wood ducks and mama said wood ducks well they look so real and then he said they are really Davida cant you see them moving"(Davida the words "wood ducks" does not imply wooden ducks. It is a type of duck. LOL!)




Then the story evolves to this:

Later on Davida then trying to use her new found information on wood ducks looked out on the lake. She said "Oh look there is a wood duck". When in reality it was a lake gull. I have provided pictures to show the different between the two.
