Wednesday is my "day off". This day should be in question simply because in all reality I work. Not that I mind but maybe I should start saying I have part of the day off.
My wife will arrive home just in time for me to leave around 5:15PM. I then proceed to drive 30 mins to the church. After that I drive a big honkin' bus for 1 hour and 15 mins. I will teach youth for about 1 hour and then drive the bus to drop the kids off that we picked up (another hour and 15 mins). I finally drive home another 30 mins. So all added up it is 4 hours and 30 mins.
Saturdays are the same. Although they are sometimes a day off they are not. I have youth activities usually planned on this date (especially when school is in). In average I am off about half of the Saturday's.
Monday is my true day off. In no way am I complaining. My job is awesome and the Lord has blessed. Just giving you an idea of my week. Bro Dennis' is the same way. We can never call our days off "a day off". Because it is never a sure thing. People get sick and things happen. Maybe we should call them:
"Days off if..."
